The parcels are 170,000 sq. ft. and the building is about 600 sq. ft. NBA provided plans and specifications for park lighting, power for the Kiosk, storage/custodian and bathroom area. NBA provided power for HVAC equipment and power to irrigation control systems, as well as provided Title 24 lighting calculations.
